Shipping Policy

• A flat shipping fee of 45 EGP applies to all governorates.
• Fees are added to your order total and will be displayed before you confirm your order.

Remote areas may require additional time. Business days are Saturday to Thursday, starting from the time the order is confirmed.

• We will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and address before shipping.
• We prepare the order and hand it over to the shipping company within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.
• It is important that your phone number and address are correct so the courier can reach you on the first attempt.

Inspection of the order upon delivery is available. Please open the package in front of the courier to verify the product and size before making payment.

• If the courier is unable to reach you after two attempts, the order will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange for redelivery.
• Delivery may be delayed during peak seasons, official holidays, or due to weather conditions; we will notify you of any delays.
• If the address is incorrect or the phone number is unreachable, the shipment may be delayed or cancelled.
